They are designed for the manufacture of general rubber goods to seal fixed joints, to prevent friction between metal surfaces, to take single impact loads, as well as the gaskets, coverings and other non-sealing products.
All the plates are non-molded (are manufactured by vulcanization in an autoclave, as well as on a continuous-process vulcanizer).

2N-1-MBS-S-4/T-III-2-80 GOST 7338-90
Plate of the 2nd class, N – non-molded, type I, grade MBS, degree of hardness C, thickness 4 mm, group III the products of tropical version according to GOST 15152, placement category 2, temperature range from -30 to +80°С.
Grades of the plates being produced:
TKMSHCH – heat-frost-acid-alkali-resistant;
AMS – weather-and-oil resistant (limited ozone-resistant);
MBS – oil-and-gasoline resistant.
Plate types:
I – rubber plate (grades TKMSHCH, AMS, MBS)
II – rubber-textile plate (having one or more fabric layers) – only the plates of the grade TKMSHCH-S, TKMSHCH-S1.
The plates being produced have the soft (M and M1) and medium (C and C1) hardness.
