Varnished fabric based on the fluoropolymer-4D is an electrical insulating fabric made of glass twisted complex filaments and a glass fabric M-1 impregnated with a fluoropolymer-4D suspension.

Varnished fabric based on the fluoropolymer-4D is characterized by an increased dielectric properties, thermal and chemical resistance. Glass-fabric frame significantly increases (twice-thrice) mechanical properties of the material in comparison with pure fluoropolymer, eliminates a cold flow.

Varnished fabric can be used for the manufacture of conveyor belts of various length and width (they found a wide application in the textile and food-processing industries), as well as covers, sleeves, etc., the dimensions of which shall be are agreed additionally. Varnished fabric is used as a base coat for bakery goods making.

Depending on the designation varnished fabric of the five grades is produced:

F-4D-E01-A; F-4D-E01-B; F-4D-E01-B; F-4D-M1-006-A; F-4D-M1-006-B.

Varnished fabric F-4D-E01-A

– It is used for manufacture of the reinforced foil-coated (FAF-4D) sheets made of fluoropolymer-4D

Varnished fabric F-4D-E01-B

– It is used for thermal insulation of thermal elements in machines and devices welding thermoplastic materials such as polyethylene, polyethylene-cellophane and others with direct contact with the heating element of the “bologna” fabric as a technological anti-adhesive gasket; anticorrosive insulation of steel reinforcement; insulation of electrical machinery; for the manufacture of membranes; in conveyor belts intended for moving cohesive and sticky masses, as the base coats in the baking industry.

Varnished fabric F-4D-E01-B

– Slot insulation of electrical equipment (for example, electrical drills and as a basis for conveyor belts of infrared drying installations while the manufacture of electronic products).

Varnished fabric F-4D-M1-006-A

– A basis for anti-adhesive fluoroplastic material with an adhered layer; insulation of electrical machinery and wires, including the slot insulation of electric motors of the drowned pumps.

Varnished fabric F-4D-M1-006-B

– Anti-adhesive, antifriction and electrical insulating material, is used as the base coats on baking pans for baking various bakery products.

Varnished fabric products operate at the temperature range from -100 to +250°C.

Varnished fabric with an adhered layer is supplied in the rolls from 850 to 1000 mm wide; the thickness of the fabric is from 0,08 to 0,4 mm. An adhered layer allows to glue the fluoroplastic varnished fabric to virtually any surface. The silicone-based glue can withstand up to 200°С.
