FUM tape (TU 6-05-1388-86) is oil-and-gasoline resistant, anticorrosive, self-lubricating, non-toxic, thermal and chemically resistant sealing material made of fluoropolymer-4D.

FUM tape is designed for sealing of threaded fasteners of industrial pipelines, through which corrosive liquids and gases are transported at the temperature range from -60 to +200°C. It can be used for the processing equipment of pharmaceutical, food-processing and medical industries, in the hot and cold water pipelines, including drinking water.

FUM tape provides the leaktightness of threaded fasteners operating under a pressures up to 64,7 MPa.

Sealing material FUM. (TU 6-05-1570-86)

The fluoroplastic sealing material (FUM) is a shaped product made of green fluoropolymer-4D of the grades “U” and “T” (GOST 14906-77), containing various lubricants, or having no lubricant.

FUM is designed for use as a chemically resistant self-lubricating packing and gasket material for block valve stations, pumps and various seals of chemical equipment, pipelines, as well as for the equipment of food-processing and pharmaceutical industry. Operating temperature range is from -60 to +150°C (grades FUM-B and FUM-F) and up to -200°C (grade FUM-O) under a process pressure up to 6,3 MPa.

FUM is made of three profiles: round, square and rectangular.
